Job Overview:
As a Technical Support Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive top-notch technical assistance. You'll be responsible for diagnosing and resolving software issues, providing clear and logical instructions, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience as well as help customers in successful solutions implementation.
The working hours for this role are 3 AM to 12 PM GMT+4. While it is a remote role, please note that you’ll need to be in the office from 10 AM to 12 PM during the onboarding process.
