We are seeking proactive recruiters for AI Data Training Experts hiring. This role combines the excitement of AI innovation with the responsibility of bringing on board skilled professionals, making it a perfect fit for individuals passionate about technology and people.
This is a contract-based, hourly commitment, remote position in Armenia.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Actively source, reach out, build, and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Screen resumes to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the role.
- Coordinate interviews, assessments, and other recruitment activities as needed.
- Keep the databases up to date and provide timely and accurate updates on recruitment, and candidate progress.
- Utilize a variety of sourcing methods to identify potential candidates, including online sourcing, social media, networking, etc.
- Supporting LLM Operations team in onboarding and offboarding of the data training experts.
- Promote positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Your Profile:
- 2 years’ experience as a Recruiter or Sourcer in a fast-paced environment, preferably in the tech industry.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and tools, including Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing platforms.
- Passion for Learning: A deep interest in AI, recruiting, and operations.
- Excellent English writing and communication skills.
- Analytical thinking with a meticulous attention to detail.
- An open-minded approach to tackling new and unfamiliar tasks.
